Site Visit
One (1) site visit will be offered on Thursday, 23 July 2015 at 10:00am EST for this requirement. An alternative site visit will not be scheduled.
Interested offerors are encouraged to bring any measuring tools needed, and a camera if needed (photography is restricted to project-related subjects only – all other photography at the university or on the NSAB installation is strictly prohibited) to participate in this site visit.
Offerors must submit the following information in order to attend the site visit:
• An email notification stating intent to attend the site visit
• Completed copies of SECNAV 5512/1 and NSAB 5512/1 (attached) for each company representative attending the site visit
• Make, model, and license plate number of vehicle (limit one per offeror due to parking base constraints)
• To ensure inclusion on base access list, all of this information must be received via an email to melissa.beale@usuhs.edu and hallie.walsh@usuhs.edu by 20 July 2015
If offerors do not already have credentials allowing for base access (CAC card, retired military ID, etc.)
failure to provide the information above by 20 July 2015 may result in your inability to gain access to the installation, secure visitor parking and attend the site visit.
The site visit will begin promptly at 10am in the Acquisitions Directorate, 4301 Jones Bridge Road, Room A1040C, Bethesda, MD 20814. Offerors are encouraged to arrive 60 minutes prior to commencement of the site visit to allow adequate time to park and gain access to the installation. Notes from the site visit will be posted on FedBizOpps by no later than 5pm on the day following the site visit.
