About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire for the USTRANSCOM solicitation HTC71125RC001 for Alaska Commuter Passenger Services. The questionnaire is designed to gather detailed performance information from previous contract respondents, focusing on evaluating a contractor's capabilities in air transportation services, particularly fixed-wing passenger, cargo, and combi transportation. Key assessment areas include aircraft availability, maintenance performance, personnel qualifications, responsiveness, flexibility, and overall contract management.

The questionnaire requires respondents to provide ratings across multiple performance dimensions using a scale from Unsatisfactory to Exceptional, with opportunities to provide narrative explanations. Responses must be submitted by 12 April 2025 via email to specified USTRANSCOM Acquisition Office contacts. The document emphasizes that this information will aid the government in determining the contractor's potential to successfully perform the Alaska Commuter Passenger Services contract, with the understanding that responses will be confidential and not shared with the offeror being evaluated.
