About this file
This document is an Aircraft Identification Sheet for the Alaska Commuter Passenger Services contract (Solicitation Number HTC71125RC001) issued by the Department of Defense United States Transportation Command. The attachment provides a detailed template for contractors to list approved aircraft for contract performance, with specific requirements for aircraft ownership, control, and potential modifications. The sheet mandates that contractors propose a specific number of aircraft based on their unique technical approach, with each aircraft to be either owned or controlled by the company to ensure complete operational capability.
The template requires detailed aircraft specifications including aircraft type/model, tail number, passenger seat capacity, aircraft range, empty weight, maximum gross take-off weight, cruise speed, and fuel burn rate. Contractors can add, replace, or swap aircraft during the contract period, but must obtain technical approval from the DoD Air Carrier Survey Team and DoD Commercial Airlift Division, as well as receive Contracting Officer approval through a contract modification. The document emphasizes that the aircraft list must always provide sufficient capacity to meet contractual requirements as determined by the Contracting Officer.

ALASKA COMMUTER PASSENGER SERVICES
Aircraft Identification Sheet
The aircraft identified in the table below are the only aircraft approved to be utilized in the performance of this contract. The contractor agrees that the aircraft identified by tail numbers and listed below will be either owned or controlled by the company in such a manner as to assure complete control over the aircraft for the performance of this contract. Additional contractor-owned or controlled aircraft may be added, replaced, or swapped out during the contract performance period after the aircraft is determined technically acceptable by the DoD Air Carrier Survey Team and DoD Commercial Airlift Division, and after approval of the Contracting Officer by way of contract modification. Aircraft may be deleted from the list after notification to, and approval of, the Contracting Officer by way of a contract modification. At all times, the list shall provide for sufficient aircraft to meet contractual requirements, as determined by the Contracting Officer.
The offeror’s unique technical approach determines the number of aircraft proposed. The offeror shall insert the proposed aircraft in the table below that will be utilized in performance of the Alaska Commuter Passenger Services per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
