About this file

This is an Aircraft Information Table attachment that provides a template for contractors to list aircraft details for a rotary wing air transportation services contract at Fort Irwin, CA (Solicitation #HTC71124RC006). The table requires contractors to specify aircraft type/model, tail number, empty weight, maximum gross takeoff weight, passenger seat capacity, fuel burn rate in gallons per hour, aircraft range in hours, and block speed for each aircraft they will use. The document indicates that contractors must own or control all listed aircraft, and changes to the aircraft list require Contracting Officer approval and contract modification. The table must maintain sufficient aircraft to meet contract requirements as determined by the Contracting Officer, and additions require technical approval from the DOD Commercial Airlift Division.

The associated contract opportunity shows this is part of a small business set-aside solicitation for helicopter services at Fort Irwin's National Training Center, requiring transportation for 5 passengers with baggage and occasional external sling loads within a 200-mile radius of Bicycle Lake Army Air Field. The contract period runs from April 2025 through September 2026, with four one-year options through March 2030, and a possible six-month extension. The estimated service requirement is 240 flight hours annually.
