Source Selection Information – See FAR 2.101 and 3.104

TECHNICAL WORKSHEET

Rotterdam, Netherlands S&RTS

When completing the technical worksheet quoters shall assume the Government has no prior knowledge of their experience, and will base its evaluation on the information presented in this worksheet. Failure to complete this document in its entirety may result in a quote being ineligible for award. Entire submission for this worksheet shall not exceed 15 pages (Note: a single side is considered one page). If more than 15 pages are received, only the first 15 pages will be evaluated and any remaining pages will be removed before evaluation. Attachments, port certifications, documentary evidence and equipment lists shall not count against the page limit.

1. Explain your ability to access all equipment (including equipment not in your current inventory) necessary to conduct operations and your ability to handle multiple classes of supply and multiple vessel types.

1a. Include and add as attachments to this worksheet a current listing of all equipment in your inventory and any port certification/evidence of your ability to conduct operation at the port in question (Rotterdam, Netherlands).

2. Explain your capabilities to successfully conduct cargo reception, staging, and vessel loading and discharging operations without damage and in accordance with stow plans, to include:

3. Explain you capabilities to perform a vessel operation while simultaneously be able to perform both rail and truck operations; all within the same area.

4. Explain and provide examples related to corporate experience, where your company handled military type vehicles or heavy construction equipment. Click here to enter text.

5. Provide a minimum of three (3) continuous years of experience performing Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services. Click here to enter text.

6. Describe in detail, recent (within the last 3 years) experience similar in size, scope and complexity to those identified in the PWS. (The contractors’ response to this should explain and demonstrate experience performing efforts involving a complete range of the following services: Stevedoring/Operational Services/Management Services/Terminal Services similar to those identified in the PWS.)
