Question Government Response Soliciation Change (if any)

Schedule ‐

Duqm

Is the 120 in the Qty column for long term containers for force protection wall for weeks/months or the number of containers?

The quantity for this line item is for empty container leasing and movement for use in force protection walls and represents the quantity of containers needed annually, not the weekly/monthly charge for the container wall. The same applies to short term.

Schedule ‐

Duqm

Should the cell under the "Distance" column for line item 0077 read "Truck Demurrage (Per DAY) (Max 10 Days)?

Yes it should. Corrected in Rev.3. Line item description corrected.

Demurrage

Line Items

There seems to be an inconsistency in the "Distance" column and the "UNIT OF MEASURE" column for several line items

(0198‐0200, 0207‐0209, 0216‐0218, 0225‐0227, 0234‐0236, 0243‐0245, 0252‐0254). The "Distance" column stipulates a daily or hourly charge where the "UNIT OF MEASURE" column asks for a per trip rate. Can the USG clarify which unit of measure is correct?

Unit of measure should match the description of the line item as it relates to truck demurrage (hourly/daily rates) and is not on a per trip basis.

Added Unit of Measure column to accurately reflect demurrage rates on Duqm. Revised Unit of Measure of demurrage rates on Salalah.
