About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) government response for the Laughlin Laundry and Linen Effort at Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB). The document clarifies key details about the procurement, including that this is a follow-on to a previous purchase order (FA309921P0006). The annual quantity has been updated in the Statement of Work (SOW) and solicitation line items, resolving a discrepancy between the SF-1449 form and the original SOW. Pickup and delivery will occur on a fixed schedule of Tuesdays and Thursdays, with no additional billable off-schedule services. The government confirms that subcontracting is permissible, subject to the conditions outlined in FAR 52.219-14.
