About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document dated February 5, 2025, providing updates for a Defense Health Agency (DHA) solicitation regarding a three-day Dental Symposium to be held March 18-20, 2025, in Colorado Springs, CO.
The Q&A clarifies that no contract award has been made yet, with proposals due Monday morning, February 10, 2025. The scope includes conference room rentals and audio-visual support services, which will be covered by DHA. Attendees will be responsible for their own lodging and meals, with lodging facilities required to be available through the Defense Travel System (DTS) and accept Government Travel Cards (GTC). While attendees will bring their own laptops, they are not responsible for audio-visual equipment. Coffee and water are permitted if included in the conference room pricing. Payment will be made by the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) in arrears after services are invoiced and accepted. The agency may consider extending the proposal deadline if no technically acceptable offers are received by Monday.
