About this file

This amendment to a solicitation provides answers to questions from potential offerors. The requirement is for secure fax services for five Naval branch health clinics located in Florida and Georgia that are part of Naval Hospital Jacksonville. Services include faxing, email faxing, and web client functionality for approximately 175 users and multiple fax numbers. Annual volumes are provided for inbound and outbound faxes totaling over 100,000 pages. There is no office space or 24/7 coverage required by the contractor. Data retention is one year and response times are to meet contract terms. No incumbent was previously in place, with services currently provided through a government purchase card.
