1. In regards 3.b.2.i –The published Declared States Map presents the possibility of THU’s existing outside of the 150 mile radius from Little Rock. Will this require an additional office center to accommodate this small distance outside of the radius.
Government’s Response: No an additional office will not be required. However, the 150 mile radius was suggested for the benefit of the Contractor and response time for service calls.
2. Could the assumption be made that the bid package requirement is to establish an office (if non-existent), a storage facility (if non-existent), and personnel group (comprised of management structure and support staff necessary to direct the efforts of individuals performing the billable monthly maintenance.)
a. The responsibilities therefore would be to establish an efficient accountable system which is responsive to, and tracks the needs of the THU’s and provides all information in a timely form to the proper authorities at FEMA.
b. Therefore the labor and materials cost required by the maintenance personnel is not to exceed $250.00 per month without prior approval from FEMA COTR.
Please Validate Or Clarify Number 2
Government’s Response: Please see SOW section 3.b.2.i and response to Question number 1.
3. To provide total contract estimate pricing, One must multiply Unit Quantity X Number of Units X Time. In order for this calculations to be completed, we are curious if FEMA has narrowed its approximation of units down from the solicitation stated quantity of 20 -200.
Government’s Response: SEE REVISED COST/PRICE SCHEDULE CLIN 0002.
