Question 4: Can you please expand on the USCG expectation for the 30 day Turn around Time and Defective Item Lot Size outlined in the SOW 3.1.3 Equipment Repair Turn Around Time and 3.1.6 Defective item lot size.
If the USCG sends in 10 units for repair at the same time, is the expectation/deliverable to the USCG the expectation that all 10 units will be repaired and returned to service within that same 30 day period?
Answer 4: The maximum amount of time for each repair unit is 30 days. For example, if 10 units are provided at the same time, the maximum amount of time to repair each unit is 30 days for a total of 300 days. In this scenario at least one unit would be repaired and returned every 30 days until all 10 units are repaired and returned.
