MMLD does not have tracker-functionality, so entries are required in both MMLD and a separate electronic tracking system in order to capture all pertinent data. When USCG upgrades (or replaces) MMLD, it should have tracker-functionality and this paragraph will no longer be required.

• The Contractor shall evaluate the e-mail request against information contained on file or in
MMLD and determine if the request is warranted per regulation/policy.
• If validated, the Contractor shall make the appropriate entry in MMLD that allows the requesting office to print a credential.
• The Contractor shall evaluate and respond to requests received via the “MMLD Active” file e-mail file folder within 10 minutes of receipt.
• The Contractor shall log and account for all “MMLD Active” file actions in the monthly report.

5.6.2. The Contractor shall provide recommendations for continuous MMLD Program improvement opportunities.
