About this file
This document is Attachment 1A, which contains additional requirements for a commercial Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Managed Enterprise Network Support Services issued by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The contract allows for multiple contract types including firm-fixed-price, labor-hour, time and material, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-reimbursement task orders, with specific restrictions on cost-reimbursement orders being limited to non-commercial information technology services.
Key requirements include protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), managing potential organizational conflicts of interest, tracking and reporting Special Access Program (SAP) Information Technology costs, and obtaining prior written approval for public release of contract-related information. Contractors must have an acceptable accounting system to be eligible for certain task order types, and travel expenses will be reimbursed according to specific federal guidelines. The contract mandates use of a component's SAP enterprise system and requires annual reporting of associated IT and cybersecurity costs to the DARPA Program Manager.
