The amendment modifies the original solicitation (HQC00826QE005) with key details including a site visit scheduled for January 27, 2026 at 9:00 AM, and a questions deadline of January 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT. Vendors must submit electronic quotes through the PIEE solicitation module, with specific requirements for three separate volumes: (1) Solicitation CLIN Structure and Cost Breakout, (2) Technical Information and Direct/Indirect Labor Summary (15-page limit), and (3) Past Performance Information (maximum of seven references).

Vendors must provide comprehensive information on their cleaning techniques, staffing structure, employee training, and quality monitoring methods. The quote submission involves multiple attachments, including pricing schedules, labor summaries, and past performance forms. Quotes will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the solicitation, with strict formatting and content requirements, including specific page limits, font specifications, and submission guidelines for both government and commercial references.
