About this file
This document includes an attachment to a solicitation for safety services and a supplier compliance supplement template. The Missile Defense Agency is seeking proposals for agency-wide safety services directed by the agency's Quality, Safety and Mission Assurance organization to support senior leadership and functional management. The cost-plus-fixed-fee level of effort contract will have a base period of three years with two one-year options and a potential six-month extension. Proposals are due by July 1, 2020 to the listed email addresses. The supplement template requires prime contractors to submit information on any first-tier suppliers that receive or generate controlled unclassified information, including the suppliers' DUNS numbers, points of contact, and confirmations of flowed-down requirements. Successful offerors must also flow down accepted information management and control plan procedures to any next-tier suppliers.
