About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a Sources Sought Notice related to Resource Management Support Services (RMSS) for the Department of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services (WHS). The document reveals two key points of discussion: first, clarification of the response due date, which is confirmed as March 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and second, an inquiry about the potential small business set-aside status of the future Request for Proposals (RFP). The government's response indicates that the purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine whether the requirement will be set aside for small businesses, and they cannot advise on their final intent at this time. The solicitation (Notice ID: HQ003425RMSS) is being conducted for market research purposes only and is not a formal request for proposals.

Q: Good morning Ms. Sadat, A client of mine is interested in responding to the upcoming Sources Sought Notice for the

Department of Defense, Resource Management Support Services (Notice ID: HQ003425RMSS);

and I had a question regarding the due date and submission time.

On SAM.gov, the Response Due Date is stated as Mar 28, 2025 05:00 am EDT

On GovWin, the Response Due Date is stated as March 28, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST.

And the Sources Sought Notice states that the Response Due Date is March 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time.

Could you provide me with some clarification as to which submission time is correct?

A: The referenced dates are corrected to be consistent. The due date and time is 5:00 p.m.
