Prime Contractors (not subcontractors) shall submit a written requests for a Q&A Session via email by 5:00 pm ET on July 31, 2018, to jedi-rfp@dds.mil. Requests after this deadline will not be considered. Q&A Sessions will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Requests should include the following information:
● Name and email addresses of all individuals attending the session (an individual email address is required for each of the three attendees; subcontractor personnel may attend, but at least one representative from the prime contractor must attend)
● Listing of three preferred time slots (listing preferred time slots does not guarantee the requested slot)
All Pentagon visitors must be pre-registered and are required to present a valid government-issued identification card or passport on the day of the visit. Each attendee who submits a valid email address will receive an email from pfpa.pentagon/pid.mbx.hspd12@mail.mil containing a link for access to the Pentagon. You cannot respond to that email. You must click on the link and respond within 24 hours of receipt of the email. The visitor then must enter his/her name, date of birth, and Social Security Number (SSN)—or, for non-U.S. person visitors, a passport number.
The pre-registration system will send the visitor(s) an email informing them that their request has been approved. You cannot respond to this email.
Please note, all Q&A Sessions will be recorded for the purposes of providing written responses to questions. To the maximum extent possible, the Government considers the information discussed Source Selection Information.
No electronics are allowed inside the meeting space.
Please be advised that the escort provided will be unable to answer any questions.
For purposes of efficiency of the Q&A Sessions, Offerors may submit advanced written questions for Q&A Sessions via email, by 12:00 pm ET on August 3, 2018, to jedi-rfp@dds.mil. The Government intends to release a Q&A amendment to the RFP and cautions against submitting proprietary information in any written questions.
The Government reserves the right not to answer questions in the Q&A Session and instead follow up in writing as appropriate. For example, a question may require referencing multiple documents, which may be impractical during the Q&A Session.
