Offerors may update Attachment L-5, cells E:156 and E:176 with the updated formulas or alternatively use the corrected Attachment L-5 Price Scenario Price Build-Up Template issued with this amendment. No other formulae may be changed. If an Offeror does not update the cells as stated or use the corrected Attachment L-5, the Government may make the update to the affected proposal after receipt of proposals. All other terms and conditions of the published amended HQ0034-18-R-0077_0002, as well as the HQ0034-18-R-0077_0003 remain in full force and effect.

The JEDI Cloud team is pleased to announce that the Department received 218 comments in response to the final solicitation. We will not be sharing the identity of any commenters.
We are excited at the continued level of interest in JEDI Cloud and appreciate industry's participation in the solicitation process. Since we feel that industry's participation is vital, we are providing a second, limited question and answer opportunity about Amendment 0001.
Questions pertaining to this JEDI Cloud RFP Amendment 0001 shall be submitted via the attached Comment Resolution Matrix, which includes detailed instructions and format for submission. Questions shall be limited to the revisions made under Amendment 0001 to the RFP and associated documents. All feedback using the Comment Resolution Matrix must be emailed to jedi-rfp@dds.mil no later than August 28, 2018 at 9:00 am ET. Questions shall not contain any proprietary information since this information may not be publicly answered or published. Questions received after 9:00 am ET on August 28, 2018 or about issues not directly relating to the revisions made to the RFP and associated documents under Amendment 0001 may not be considered. Questions sent to any other email address will not be considered.

This announcement constitutes the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) and is prepared in accordance with the format provided in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," and supplemented with additional information in this notice.
We are excited by the level of interest in JEDI Cloud and appreciate industry's participation throughout the draft solicitation process. We are confident that these inputs helped us to refine and clarify the DoD's requirement represented in this RFP. We encourage you to read the letters from the DoD CIO and the Cloud Computing Program Manager provided as part of this RFP package to gain more insight into the requirement.

The following items have been amended in the subject solicitation:
Paragraph 11 - Proposal Submission in Section L1: General RFP Instructions of HQ0034-18-R-0077_0002 has been amended to revise the submission requirements and extend the proposal deadline.
Box 15 in Attachment J-7: DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification for ID/IQ Amendment 0002 has been updated. The DD Form 254 has been replaced in its entirety with the updated version.
This summary is used to assist Offerors in identifying changes. All other terms and conditions of the published amended HQ0034-18-R-0077_0002 remain in full force and effect.
