Sourcing Guidance:

Once contractors have confirmed their list of NSNs there are a variety of ways that contractors can source their pricing for these products.

1. There are over 500 dealers listed on abilityone.gov. http://abilityone.gov/distributors/current.html These include "small box" and "big box" sellers like Staples and Office Depot.

2. Likely, contractors will have accounts or can establish accounts with wholesalers who stock our products and can provide wholesale pricing. These wholesalers include SP Richards, United, Motion Industries, and LC Industries.

3. GSA Advantage and GSA Depots stock our products. Also, the new JanSAN FSSI contracts will contain our products and pricing through FSSI.

4. The Base Supply Store at the Pentagon can provide all AbilityOne products to contractors. It is run by the AbilityOne program.

5. AbilityOne.com is an online e-commerce portal that offers our products.

6. Our manufacturing AbilityOne agencies will provide quotes on large quantities of orders. As they are not dealers or wholesalers, they cannot provide items 1 by 1, but can ship boxes/pallets/truck size orders and can quote pricing that way. For items that are used in bulk, like toilet paper, contractors can purchase their supplies through the manufactures. For toilet paper and paper towels the AbilityOne manufacturing agency is Outlook Nebraska and the contact is Gary Flaxbeard, gflaxbeard@outlooknebraska.com.
