At the Personnel level, if applied for each Key Personnel, this would yield a maximum of 18 pages for each of the four (4) Key Personnel defined, resulting in 72 pages of content on the personnel who are also represented in the 7-page max resume in the Staffing section. Methods of surveillance can change after contract award based on, but not limited to, acceptance of a Quality Control Plan (QCP), a partnering agreement that establishes different metrics, or contractor performance. The QASP will be given at time of award. |
