About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent to Award from the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the Holbrook Creek Road: Pine Creek Bridge project. ODOT has selected Keller Associates, Inc. as the top-ranked firm for negotiations of a Work Order Contract to provide personal services for the design of a new bridge to replace one washed away in a flood, including appropriate roadway approaches on Holbrook Creek Road and modifications to the significantly expanded stream bed. The project is located in Union County, Oregon. ODOT has provided a schedule for completing the statement of work, preparing a breakdown of costs, negotiating, and securing approvals before issuing a notice to proceed. No work is authorized until the contract is executed and the consultant receives written notice to proceed from the ODOT project manager.

The breakdown of costs must demonstrate subcontractor utilization to meet the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal set forth in the mini-solicitation. If agreement on costs, tasks, or other contract requirements cannot be reached within the specified timeframe, ODOT may terminate negotiations and begin negotiations with the next highest-ranked firm.
