About this file

This file is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) spreadsheet related to the Endor on-site film digitization, information technology (IT) support, and equipment maintenance and services Request for Proposal. The spreadsheet serves as a living document that will be updated as questions are submitted by prospective offerors throughout the solicitation period, providing clarifications and additional guidance to bidders regarding proposal requirements and evaluation criteria.

The RFP is a 100% set-aside for the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program, requiring all potential contractors to be registered as an 8(a) small business on SAM.gov under NAICS Code 541611 at the time of proposal submission. Vendors with "pending" 8(a) status will be deemed ineligible for award if they have not achieved active status by the proposal due date. This solicitation is issued by the Department of Defense National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and covers on-site film digitization services, IT support, and equipment maintenance and services. The Q&A spreadsheet referenced in this file will be the primary mechanism for addressing offeror inquiries and ensuring all bidders have access to consistent, clarified information throughout the competitive procurement process.
