About this file

The document is "In Person Attendance Guidance" for the 2024 Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) event hosted by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Government Contracting Services (GCS). The APBI event is scheduled for May 6-10, 2024 at the HHS Hubert H. Humphrey Building in Washington, DC, with a virtual attendance option. The event is themed "Contracts for Change: Empowering Lives, Strengthening Communities" and its objective is to provide industry partners with a roadmap of prospective contracting opportunities aligning with ACF's fiscal objectives for 2024-2026. The document outlines logistical details such as registration, event schedule, availability of presentations, cost (complimentary), and attendance caps (300 per day for in-person). It also provides guidance on navigating the NIH campus, entering the Visitor's Center, and going through security screening for in-person attendees.
