This is a personnel list template and action plan form used for tracking proposed staff for a student transportation services contract. The template includes fields for tracking drivers, safety attendants, safety aides, contract managers, and alternate contract managers across different zones (Rota, Guam, Sevilla) and service types (Daily Commute and Special Education). The form captures key personnel information including availability status, language capabilities, drivers license verification, required training completion, installation access, background check status, and employment details for both prime contractor and subcontractor staff.

The action plan portion includes sections for describing recruitment and retention strategies, with 500-word response limits for explaining how personnel will be recruited according to PWS requirements, plans for backfilling positions to maintain uninterrupted service, and initiatives for retaining qualified staff through compensation, bonuses, recognition and career development. The template also includes summary tables for tracking total personnel counts by position type and location, comparing proposed staffing levels against technical requirements, and calculating staffing gaps that need to be addressed.
