About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the DoDEA-Europe Student Transportation Security Services Program (STSSP). The amendment modifies the original solicitation for bus driver and safety attendant training services in Italy and Spain, with key changes including: correcting the response due date to 11:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time on 31 March 2025, updating contract clauses to implement recent class deviations, deleting FAR Clause 52.232-19, and adding several new FAR/DFARS provisions.

The contract is a competitive Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) procurement issued by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). It is structured for a potential 5-year period, consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, with an additional 6-month service option. The solicitation is conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, targeting bus security training for drivers and safety attendants operating in Italy and Spain. The amendment ensures compliance with the latest federal contracting regulations and provides clarification on submission requirements.
