The assessment will be based on the vendor's record of relevant and recent past performance information. III. Factor 3-Price

Price will be evaluated separately from technical and past performance factors. Vendor's total quoted price will be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing in accordance with FAR 13.106-3. This effort will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract and includes estimated quantities (reference PWS and Pricing Sheet). The quantities identified in the Pricing Sheet are estimated and represents the Government's best estimate for each line item. Payment will be for actual quantities procured and delivered at the prices outlined in each Delivery Order. If the Government's requirements do not result in the quantities estimated; such event shall not constitute the basis for an equitable price adjustment under the contract.
