About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) seeking evidence-based science instructional resources aligned with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for grades 6-12. The RFQ covers three sections: Middle School (grades 6-8), High School (grades 9-12), and Assessments, with vendors able to bid on any or all sections without penalty.
The solicitation seeks to establish one or more Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for digital student and teacher bundles, professional learning services, and assessment supplements. Key requirements include alignment to NGSS performance expectations, with high school content distributed across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics courses with integrated Earth Science. The period of performance is July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030. Questions are due by December 16, 2024 at 3:00 PM EST. The evaluation will be based on technical approach (most important), past performance, and price, with technical subfactors including standards alignment, student/teacher resources, and professional learning capabilities. Vendors must provide at least 3 but no more than 5 past performance references from the last 5 years. The solicitation includes specific quantity estimates, such as 5,600 student bundles for Grade 6, 110 teacher bundles for Grade 6, with similar breakdowns for other grade levels.
