REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: HDTRA1-20-R-0003 BUDGET AND FINANCIAL SERVICES SUPPORT
** Industry Day will conducted for this contract requirement in accordance to the applicable information below:

**Only two (2) contract representative from each company may attend the Industry Day.
Capability Statements in accordance with the information below:
CAPABILITIES STATEMENT RESPONSES: Request for Information responses shall reflect both corporate capabilities and experience related to the SOW. Capability statement should address the task requirements in the SOW including staff capability and work experience. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Offerors having the required capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this sources sought.
Interested offerors responses shall be submitted using Arial, size 12 font and are to be limited to ten (10) single sided pages. Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Access, Project, and PowerPoint), and Visio experience is required in order to prepare all documents, listings, tables, briefings, and worksheets. All responses shall address the following:
1. Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email address, business size status such as large business and/or small business status such as disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, Woman Owned, Minority Owned, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned.
2. Provide a list of any proposed contract vehicles for this requirement (e.g. single contract, single award
IDIQ, multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and Government Wide Acquisition
Contracts (GWAC), etc.)
3. Ideas/recommendations for a statement of work to satisfy and improve the stated requirements (e.g.
additional tasks or systems to improve process).
4. List of current and previous contracts with the DoD, government agencies, and global corporations that provide budget and financial support services. Please include the following:

5. Provide the company’s ability to perform Program and Budget support, Financial Operations Support, Finance and Accounting Support, Cross-cutting Comptroller Support, CBDP Program Support, Program
Financial Management Support, and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) /Financial Systems Sustainment
Support.
6. If applicable, subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. DTRA does recommend teaming arrangements due to the nature of this work and magnitude of this requirement.
7. Ability to provide on-site and off-site support. The support required to be off-site are annotated on the
LCATs. Availability of office space and personnel within close proximity to DTRC that may involve teleworking at the off-site contractor’s facility.
8. The company must be able to maintain a Top Secret facility level clearance to provide contractor support at the Top Secret/SCI level. No documents will be stored at the contractor's facility.
9. Provide the company’s ability to staff a contract with the magnitude of an estimated 77 FTEs within 30 days of contract award in accordance with a transition plan.
10. Provide the company’s methodology for employee retention; ability to replace employees that leave the contract or take an excessive leave of absence in a timely manner.
