As such, the Contractor shall submit a final invoice no later than ninety (90) calendar days after the expiration of this contract/order and/or at the expiration of any individual CLIN(s)/SLIN(s) that expire before the final expiration of the contract/order (i.e., end item(s) was scheduled to be delivered or the period of performance (base or option year) was completed), unless the Contractor requests and is granted a written extension by the Contracting Officer.
