Question 3: The task chairs specifications is calling out a 25" back width, would you accept a quote for a chair with a 19" back width?
Government Response: No Question 4: I see that this is 100% small business set aside. TPC is a small business and would be the contractor and responsible party. Do you interpret 100% small business set aside, to mean both TPC and our furniture manufacturer must be small businesses?
Government Repsonse: yes, this is a 100% small business set-aside.

Government Response: Not at this time.

Question 8: On page 14, point 6.2.6.1, item d. States"Prefinished metal supports legs with locking casters." May we offer a leg with a combination glide and caster as an alternative? The use of this leg will simplify reconfiguration, be more durable and is a much cleaner aesthetic. The performance is at least equal to locking casters.

Furniture Frames, Wood Furniture Parts, Finished Metal Furniture Parts, Finished Plastics
Which I understand to be lockers and systems furniture that must be assembled/installed in the field. Filing cabinets, desks and seating that ship fully assembled would be from a small business manufacturer utilizing 337215. If I am mistaking in this interpretation of the attached, please clarify which items must be from a small business manufacturer.
Government Response: IAW the solicitation HC1028-15-T-0062, the NAICS code 337215 and the SBA waiver of the non-manufacturer rule, not all of the products are covered on the non-manufacturer waiver list under this NAICS code. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside.

Government Response: Office Envrionments, Norris Designs, AI Corporate Interiors, ABS Office Interior Designs, Wright Line-Eaton.
Question 14: We are interested in bidding on the DECC furniture opportunity. Although we responded to the RFI, we only became aware of the opportunity being posted on Friday of last week. As such, we are working to secure electrical support that has proper base knowledge, but we will not have this in place for the walk thru this week. We feel that the electrical portion is critical to the walkthrough and respectfully request a secondary visit date so that Kimberly and our electrical partner can walk the site.
