The minimum qualifications designated for Volume V is a list of minimum qualifications the offeror must possess at time of proposal in order for their proposal to be considered for further consideration. All qualifications must be met for the offeror's proposal to be considered responsive.
This list is not inclusive of other requirements for certifications required by individual clauses and other instructions to this RFP.

| PMP Certified Project Managers |
| The Project Management Professional (PMP) is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. You can find PMPs leading projects in nearly every country and, unlike other certifications that focus on a particular geography or domain, the PMP is truly global. As a PMP, you can work in virtually any industry, with any methodology and in any location. |

NOTE: Offerors are only required to satisfy one of the four following certification requirements.
| CMMI Maturity Level 3 or higher |
| The Capability Maturity Model Integration, or CMMI, is a process model that provides a clear definition of what an organization should do to promote behaviors that lead to improved performance. |
| Documentation in the form of an appraisal (SCAMPI, Class A) showing at least a Level 3 (Defined) maturity as attachment to proposal. |

| ISO 9001 Certification |
| The ISO 9001 standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. |

| ISO/IEC 20000 is an international IT standard that allows companies to demonstrate excellence and prove best practice in IT management. The standard ensures companies can achieve evidence-based benchmarks to continuously improve their delivery of IT services. |

| ISO 27001 Certification |
| ISO/IEC 27001 is the best-known standard in the family providing requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). An ISMS is a systematic approach to managing sensitive company information so that it remains secure. It includes people, processes and IT systems by applying a risk management process. |
