The security classification guidance for classified information needed for this effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract;
and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended.

- Contract is for the generation and tracking of investigative data and Privacy Act responses using the IIRR, JPAS, and DCII systems of record. Classification guidance will be provide for handling classified markings on the materials used in the responses. Any classified documents generated in the performance of this contract shall be classified according to the markings shown on the source material.

- Requirements included within this DD Form 254 apply to both the Prime Contractor and all applicable subcontractors. Contract performance is restricted to authorized DMDC facilities and other authorized government facilities as needed. Any classified information generate in the performance of this contract shall be classified according to the markings shown on the source material or the applicable security classification guide. The requirements, restrictions and other safeguards prescribed by the National Industrial Security Program Operation Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5220.22-M apply to all classified performance.
-The Government has determined during the performance of this effort that work ordered may involve secure networks, facilities and sensitive information up to the level of Secret. DMDC requires a tier 3 investigation for all personnel DMDC identifies as needing access.
- Contractor personnel shall not be required nor permitted to perform work prior to receipt of the required approval. Requirements apply to both the Prime Contractor and all applicable subcontractors. Contract performance is restricted to authorized DMDC facilities and other authorized government/contractor facilities as needed.
