ELIN E001, E002, E012 For ELINs A001, A002 and A012, please clarify what “at cost” refers to? Is the assumption that these ELINs will be cost reimbursable ODCs with contractor being reimbursed at cost plus any applicable indirect costs (as per contractor disclosed practices)? However, at the contract level, there is only one CLIN 0001 which is Firm Fixed Price. At cost price; without profit to the seller. Funds will be added for cost of ELINs A001, A002 and A012 at Task Order Level. This will not include indirect costs. The way the CLIN 0001 is structured incorporates Attachment 2 which includes FFP type ELINs.
