QUESTION RESPONSE (01/19/2016) RESPONSE (01/27/2016)

There are two requirements for Past Performance – One Reference says at least two similar examples are needed Page 7 of Solicitation Para IID and Page 25 Para VI.B

(a) Factor One Experience on Similar Projects, while page 8 Para II.D. (3) Past Performance of Offeror requires at least three examples. Please advise.

See Paragraphs revised under this Amendment.

Will Offerors be able to reference evaluations in CPARS? Yes.

Will Offerors be penalized for non-response from Previous Customers who are being asked to supply evaluations? No.

On Solicitation Page 25 Para VI.B (a) Factor One Experience on Similar Projects, Plumbing and Elevator work are required items but not requirements on this work. Is that experience still required in our examples?

No. All referenes to and requirements for Plumbing and Electrical disciplines under Factor 1 - Experience on Similar Projects (Para. II.D.(1) and Para.

VI.B.(3)(a)) are hereby deleted.

During the site visit Offerors were instructed that there is no parking available other than for Management. Will there be a possibility for a pass for a van to come onto site to deliver workers. Yes.

Request a Table of Contents Sheet for the Plans Provided. Sheet is in bid set as G-051

Request Sheet E-604 for Feeder Schedule and Transformer Schedule Referenced on Sheet E-651 Electrical One-Line Diagram page.

Disregard note #2 on sheet E- 651 and E-652. Transformer feeder scope is limited. All relevant information is shown in the one-line diagram itself.

Please clarify proposed price range for project.

$500,000 to $1.0 Million (Edit SF1442, Item 10)

Request a follow-up site visit to view the (approximately) 12’-0” high x 10’-0” wide, bolted in place, steel panel that is installed at the opening between the area way and the Mechanical Room. Because of the estimated weight, size of the panel, and the configuration of the area way, we would like to take some exact measurements to work out the means, methods and logistics of moving and temporarily storing the panel.

See Government's response under Item E (CLARIFICATION) of SF30 (01/19/2016).

The Solicitation calls for “EXPLICITLY UNDER THIS PROGRAM: Construction and design of SCIFs should be performed by U.S.

companies…”. ( See Synopsis: Dec 22, 2015 1:27 pm ). Excepting this specific requirement calling for a SCIF design component, can GSA confirm that this project is a “ Build “ only project ?

This is a "BUILD" only project.
