BMO RFP # GS06Q-17-RL-0004

Relevant Project Experience Template Company Name:

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

The Technical Proposal shall consist of a written narrative with supporting data (if applicable) that addresses the technical performance requirements defined in Section C of the solicitation. The Technical Proposal section shall be clear, concise, and include sufficient detail for effective evaluation and substantiating the validity of stated claims. The proposal should not simply restate or rephrase the Government’s requirement, but rather shall provide a detailed, convincing rationale addressing how the offeror intends to meet these requirements.

There are a total of 17 Service Categories under BMO. Each Service Category must be represented in 3 different projects. Therefore, there is a minimum of 3 projects and a maximum of 51 projects (17 x 3 = 51) that could possibly be submitted (An offeror may have 51 projects if they were to propose all 17 Service Categories and only submit projects that covered 1 service each). However, offerors can and are encouraged to submit projects that cover multiple Service Categories in order to fulfill the requirement of three projects per Service Category. The offeror can submit as many projects as necessary to meet the requirement of three projects per Service Category.

Within the total number of Relevant Project Experience Templates submitted, the offeror shall have at least three (3) projects for each Service Category proposed (required and optional) that are similar in scope and complexity to the Service Category proposed. The offeror can submit projects covering multiple Service Categories, if applicable. When completing the Relevant Project Experience Template, make sure that each Service Category performed for that particular project is indicated by checking the box in Section C of this template. Each project must clearly demonstrate the performance of a variety of tasks in each Service Category represented.

1. Reference Sections M.4.3.2 through M.4.3.2.8 of the RFP.

2. Number your projects in Block A of this template titled 'Project Number' sequentially (e.g. 1, 2, 3….51).

3. If the offeror performed multiple Service Categories on one project, check the box in Block C of this template for each of the Service Categories the project covers (e.g. HVAC, Electrical Maintenance, etc.). Service Categories checked in Block C should have narrative in Block W under that Service Category as well. Block C and Block W should both show the same Service Categories.

4. All explanations shall comply with the word limitation (when applicable) listed in each question.

5. For Block W of this template, titled “Service Categories Performed”, each Service Category section should have a unique narrative specific to only that particular project and Service Category. For example, in the HVAC Maintenance Service Category section the narrative should only reference HVAC tasks and no other Service Categories mentioned elsewhere in Block W. The offeror should not simply create, copy, and paste one narrative addressing multiple service categories into each Service Category section. In addition, the offeror should not simply copy and paste one generic narrative for a specific Service Category on all three projects (e.g. HVAC has the exact narrative in all three projects).

6. Any supporting documentation for the Relevant Project Experience Templates is optional. If supporting documentation associated with this template (e.g. SOW copies, RFQ/RFP copies, etc.) will be submitted, the file attachments shall be included in the Offeror’s proposal submission in accordance with the Proposal Format Table in Section L.10.5.
