No. Question Answer
07/17/2014- We would like to request clarification on the page limitation for the subject GSA SF 330. Do the following items count against the 50-page limit?
· Cover
· Tabs/dividers
· Part IIs
· PPQs
· Under Factor 1: Requested “tangible evidence such as certificates, awards, commendations, peer recognition, etc. demonstrating design excellence.”
The cover, tabs/dividers, Part IIs and PPQs will not count. The 50-page limit is a requirement.
07/17/2014- The electronic AE Subcontracting Plan is required if the awardee is a large business. Should this be submitted on the CD-
ROM with the SF 330 at this time, or will it be required only after an award has been made?
The Subcontracting Plan will be required after award.
07/18/2014- If we plan to be in association or in a joint venture with another architecture firm, can our associated firm or joint venture partner provide one of the projects under Factor No. 1?
Yes, an associated firm or joint venture partner can provide one of the projects in Factor No. 1.
07/18/2014- We have a few questions regarding the RFQ. We are licensed in New York and New Jersey, not Puerto Rico and the U.S.
Virgin Islands. Can we still submit the RFQ?
Yes, disciplines shall be licensed in a U.S. State.
07/18/2014- Is the July 22nd pre-proposal conference mandatory to attend?
The pre-proposal conference is suggested but not mandatory.
07/18/2014- Would you suggest arriving 30 minutes early [for the pre-proposal conference] to go through security?
Yes, I suggest arriving earlier to ensure access through building security.
Should you arrive too early, the building has a cafeteria on the 6th floor.
