The file is an image named Great_Lawn_Building_Side_View.jpg related to RFP#2025-14 issued by the Town of Farragut, Tennessee, for a prefabricated public restroom facility at McFee Park. The procurement seeks proposals for two potential restroom structures - a one-bathroom and a two-bathroom option - with the town selecting a single structure based on price and design considerations. Proposals are due on March 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM, requiring one original and four paper copies, an electronic USB copy, and a 5% bid bond. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting was held on March 4, 2025, via Microsoft Teams, with a proposer questions deadline of March 13, 2025. The project timeline includes proposal evaluation on March 25, 2025, intent to award and contract negotiations beginning March 26, 2025, and final Board of Mayor and Alderman approval by April 10, 2025.

The project is funded through the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) Local Parks & Recreation Fund and involves Treasury ARP SLFRF financial assistance. At this stage, Public Restroom Company from Minden, Nevada, appears to be the sole vendor under consideration, with a Notice of Consideration to Award already issued. The contractor will be responsible for complete installation, including site preparation, utility connections, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Proposers must submit multiple certifications, including Iran Divestment, Non-Boycott of Israel, Debarment and Suspension, and Non-Discriminatory Assurance. The facility's exterior finish is intended to closely match the existing Great Lawn restroom building design, as evidenced by the accompanying side view image.
