About this file

This document is a Scope of Work (Attachment G) for a Basketball Court Renovation project. The project involves renovating an existing basketball court located on a military post, with the intent to create a flexible athletic space supporting multiple sports including basketball, tennis, field hockey, hockey, and pickleball. The renovation will include removing the existing 10'-0" tall fence, asphalt paving, and basketball hoops, and developing additional land to expand the court's footprint.

Key equipment specifications include installing First Team Sports' RuffNeck Extreme EXT basketball hoops (with a lifetime limited warranty), two portable Dominator Inc. pickleball nets (36" high, 6061 T6 aluminum), two 12'-0" long portable anodized aluminum benches from National Recreation Systems, and one 150-gallon dark grey Keter Westwood outdoor storage box. The new courts will feature asphalt paving on prepared crushed gravel, with painted markings to support various athletic activities and a slope designed to drain toward a catch basin. The project aims to create a multi-use recreational space with flexible court configurations.
