Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract Summary
This is an Amendment of Solicitation (Standard Form 30) issued by the U.S. Air Force dated August 17, 2026, for solicitation FA446026Q0027. The amendment extends the offer due date and time from 1:00 PM on August 21, 2026, to 4:30 PM on September 2, 2026. The contracting office is located at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas (FA4460), with Jonathan Reed and Amaya Jordan listed as primary contacts. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the extended deadline through one of three methods: completing items 8 and 15 and returning one copy, acknowledging receipt on each copy of their offer, or submitting a separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
The amendment incorporates an updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) titled "19 CS PWS Chiller MX_v2" dated August 11, 2026 (replacing the previous version dated July 10, 2026), and adds two Mission Essential Services clauses: DFARS 252.237-7023 (Continuation of Essential Contractor Services) and DFARS 252.237-7024 (Notice of Continuation of Essential Contractor Services). Additionally, the amendment includes contract clauses addressing restrictions on subcontractor sales to the government (FAR 52.203-6), addressing DEI discrimination by federal contractors (RFO 52.222-90), and requirements for maintaining essential contractor services during crisis situations. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
