FY_2026_NSGP_Export Assistance and Data Collection Cleaning Tool.xlsx

This file is an Excel spreadsheet template for the FY 2026 Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) Export Assistance and Data Collection Cleaning Tool. The spreadsheet contains a standardized data collection framework with empty fields organized into multiple sections for applicant organizations to input information during the grant application process.

The template includes fields for organizational background information (name, address, building ownership status, mission statement, organization type, and affiliation details); eligibility verification (UEI number, UASI location designation); federal funding history; security vulnerability assessments organized by threat category (threat, vulnerabilities, and potential consequences); target hardening budget allocation across up to ten separate Activity, Equipment, or Line items (AELs), each with associated vulnerability description and funding request amounts; project milestone tracking with start and completion dates for up to ten milestones; project management details; and applicant contact information (name, position, email, phone). All budget and monetary fields display default placeholder values of $0 and dates default to 12/31/99, indicating this is a blank template awaiting data entry. The spreadsheet structure supports the NSGP's focus on physical and cybersecurity improvements for nonprofit organizations at elevated risk of terrorist or extremist attacks, with the framework designed to facilitate standardized data collection and processing by FEMA and state administrative agencies managing the program.
