About this file

This document summarizes a federal solicitation for non-time critical removal action services at a former firing range site located in Redwood National Park, California. The selected contractor will be required to conduct a pre-design investigation, remove approximately 1,840 tons of contaminated soil, transport and dispose of waste at approved facilities, collect and analyze confirmation samples, conduct limited site restoration, and prepare completion documentation. The opportunity is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Interested offerors must submit fixed-price proposals by the date specified in the final solicitation to be considered for award. The contract will be awarded based on best value determination.

The solicitation provides prospective offerors with notice of an upcoming opportunity to obtain a firm-fixed price contract for environmental remediation services at a former firing range site. Interested parties must register on SAM.gov and monitor the site for full solicitation details including the request for proposals with a response deadline. The work requires contractor experience in CERCLA removal actions and handling of various waste streams. The National Park Service seeks to engage a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business for this project estimated between $500,000 to $1,000,000 in magnitude.

2. price schedule

Form 2: Price Schedule
Offerors are required to submit, at minimum, an offer that conforms to the solicitation documents with pricing for base items and all option line items. Failure to do so may render the proposal unacceptable. On lump-sum line items, provide the total price only. If no specific line item exists for a portion of the work, include the costs in a related item. In case of an error in the calculation of extended prices, the unit price governs. In case of an error in summation, the total of the corrected amounts governs. Round totals and extended prices to whole dollars. Complete this page and return with other documents described in Section L.
