No specific rental price or budget range is established; lease terms including base rent per square foot and escalation rates will be negotiated and subject to approval by City Council and potentially the Community Redevelopment Agency. Proposers must be active with the Florida Division of Corporations, demonstrate a minimum of ten years of continuous nonprofit experience, and have satisfactorily performed under at least one prior lease or license agreement with a government agency.
