The certification form allows local vendors to claim preference status if they maintain a physical business address in Collier County zoned for business operations, possess a current Local Business Tax Receipt from the Collier County Tax Collector, and contribute measurably to the County's economic development through employment retention and expansion, tax base support, and employee residency.
