About this file

This document is a Form 3: Immigration Certification from the Collier County Procurement Services Division, Version 2 9.2.25. The form requires vendors to be enrolled in the E-Verify program at the time of proposal/bid submission, with acceptable evidence being a copy of the E-Verify Company Profile page or a fully executed E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding.

The certification mandates that vendors attest to full compliance with immigration laws, specifically the 1986 Immigration Act and subsequent amendments, and Florida Statutes §448.095. Vendors must provide proof of enrollment in the Employment Eligibility Verification System (E-Verify) operated by the Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration. Failure to comply may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive, and Collier County reserves the right to unilaterally terminate contracts with vendors who employ unauthorized alien workers, which would constitute a violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
