The Authority is not seeking an initial capital investment but remains open to proposed improvements that enhance guest experience or operational efficiency. Respondents are required to submit detailed proposals covering operational plans, marketing strategies, menu and pricing approaches, leadership team qualifications, and financial proposals, with an emphasis on innovation, community engagement, and scalability.
