About this file

This is a frequency chart spreadsheet documenting cleaning service requirements for janitorial operations at three FAA Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCTs) and one Service Support Center.

The spreadsheet provides detailed cleaning frequency specifications for facilities located at Lancaster ATCT (Lititz, PA), Middleton ATCT (Middletown, PA), Middleton Service Support Center (Middletown, PA), and Morristown ATCT (Morristown, NJ). The chart breaks down cleaning tasks by location and specifies the required frequency of service—whether daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as-needed—for various areas including restrooms, break rooms, offices, common areas, and operational spaces. This frequency information directly supports the Statement of Work referenced in Solicitation Number 697DCK-26-R-00320, a firm fixed-price janitorial service procurement set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The contract runs for a base year from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through October 31, 2031. Contractors must provide all materials, supplies, and tools necessary to meet the specified cleaning frequencies in compliance with FAA standards and Department of Labor wage determinations. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by August 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST to Jennifer Walker-Gomez at aaq530proposals@faa.gov, with proposals due by the date specified in the solicitation document.
