About this file
This Federal Required Certification document pertains to the City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division's procurement of authorized Freightliner vehicle service, repair, maintenance, and OEM parts. The solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide ongoing support for the City's fleet of medium and heavy-duty vehicles on an as-needed basis throughout Fiscal Year 2027. Services encompass preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, engine services, and parts supply. This is an informal solicitation designed to establish a vendor relationship for continuous service needs rather than a single project with defined deliverables or quantities.
The document serves as a federal certification requirement for the contract opportunity but does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent vendor information, or funding details within the scope of this certification file. Additional solicitation documents would contain specifications regarding payment structures, contract terms, renewal options, and any special requirements or certifications mandated by federal guidelines for vendors participating in this City of Pasadena procurement.
