This file is a sales record from the current beverage vendor, PepsiCo, documenting vending machine beverage sales at Mt. San Antonio College during August 2025. The spreadsheet tracks inventory movement across 16 vending machines positioned throughout various campus locations, including Buildings 8, 9, 28, 26, 40, 45, 60, 67B, 80, the gym, stadium, and dining facilities. The product portfolio encompasses carbonated beverages (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, Brisk Tea), energy drinks (Celsius, Rockstar), bottled water (Aquafina), ready-to-drink coffee beverages (Starbucks Frappuccino), and protein shakes (Premier Protein), with individual units ranging in size from 9.5 ounces to 20 ounces. The August 2025 data reveals total units sold across all machines and products, with Aquafina water demonstrating the highest sales volumes across multiple locations, followed by various Gatorade flavors in the gym and stadium locations, indicating strong demand for sports hydration products and water at the college's athletic facilities.

The sales records demonstrate PepsiCo's established market presence at Mt. San Antonio College, with documented 2025 net revenue of $280,043 representing 9.6% growth compared to 2024 performance. This historical sales data will serve as a baseline for evaluating vendor proposals in the upcoming RFP #2026-042 for Pouring Rights and Beverage Vending Machine services commencing July 1, 2026. The incumbent vendor's product mix, machine locations, and sales performance patterns provide critical benchmarking information for competing vendors to develop realistic proposals and financial projections for the five-year contract period, and the detailed August 2025 transaction records illustrate the operational scope and revenue potential that prospective suppliers should anticipate when preparing their comprehensive pricing proposals including signing bonuses, annual sponsorships, rebates, growth incentives, and equipment provisions.
