This document is a sales data file for Mt. San Antonio College's existing beverage vending operations, showing August 2025 product inventory and unit sales across 16 vending machines distributed throughout campus locations. The spreadsheet details sales performance for Pepsi-supplied beverages including carbonated sodas (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Gatorade varieties), energy drinks (Celsius, Rockstar), bottled water (Aquafina), tea products (Brisk), coffee beverages (Starbucks Frappuccino), and protein shakes (Premier Protein) dispensed from glass-front machines positioned in academic buildings, dining facilities, gymnasiums, stadiums, and outdoor areas. Total documented sales across all machines represent significant consumption volume, with top-performing products including Aquafina water (5,927 units), Gatorade Cool Blue (2,089 units), and Pepsi 20oz (1,121 units), indicating strong demand for hydration and sports beverages among the college's 41,000-student population.

The sales data demonstrates Pepsi's established operational presence at Mt. San Antonio College with an installed base of machines generating documented revenue of $280,043 in 2025, representing 9.6% growth from the prior year. The diversified product portfolio and consistent sales volumes across multiple campus locations establish baseline performance metrics for evaluating competitive vendor proposals under the pending Pouring Rights and Beverage Vending Machine RFP (Request for Proposal #2026-042), which will solicit comprehensive bids for exclusive or shared beverage service contracts commencing July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. Prospective vendors responding to the April 8, 2026 proposal deadline will reference this operational data to project market opportunities, establish pricing strategies, and demonstrate capability to maintain or exceed current service levels and sales performance across the College's vending infrastructure.
