About this file

This file is a comprehensive set of technical specifications and construction documents for the Deployable Spare Parts Warehouse vertical construction project at Dannelly Field in Montgomery, Alabama. The solicitation (W50S6N-25-B-A010) is for a commercial and institutional building construction project with a project value between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, targeting small businesses with a size standard of $45,000,000. The project requires construction of a deployable parts storage facility with specific brand name requirements including Monaco Fire Systems, Stanley Best Locks, Advantor Security Systems, and Johnson Controls.

The technical specifications cover extensive details across multiple divisions, including site preparation, earthwork, concrete work, mechanical and electrical systems, and site improvements. The project includes two optional elements: Option 1 for sodding and Option 2 for a west parking lot addition. The construction documents outline precise requirements for building systems, from foundation preparation to final finishes, with specific attention to geotechnical conditions, structural requirements, and sustainable building practices. The solicitation indicates the award will be made to the most advantageous bidder considering price and price-related factors, contingent on the availability of appropriated funds.
